Easy!
Buy many, many, many items on eBay! Make sure the sellers appear to be ones who DO leave feedback for their buyers. Buy supplies for your home and office, gifts for your family and relatives, clothing and jewelry needs for yourself, etc. Buy, buy, buy! Many sellers leave their feedback right after you PAY for what you bought, so you can get a lot of feedback in just one evening, just from making your purchases here on ebay!
Then, SELL. Sell items yourself, on the same account. Don't price your items very high at this time, but don't lose money either... just price everything low enough that it's a definite bargain, and sell as much as you can. Problem is, many buyers don't leave feedback, so don't expect to get as much from this.
Then, be patient and be an active member here for awhile, while your feedback numbers build up. It's hard to rush this happening, but after awhile, you'll see your account shows many feedbacks.
