how to enter a drop down for different sizes

I see others selling with a drop down under MPN for different sizes. how do you set that up?

They're called Variations listings, and you can read up on how they work here:

They can be tricky to set up, and you always want to start with a fresh listing, not "Sell Similar", I'm told.
