All my listings are "Private" listings, however
anyone on this planet can buy them.
You mean a listing intended only for One Exact person?

When I've done a listing for a specific person, Only
I've
Set up a listing with a weird, hard to find by searching name like:
Listing For Bob's Fishing Stuff ....
and if I agreed to sell at 50.00, I
would make it a 300.00 Fixed Price, Immediate Payment
with Best Offer.
and Bob would agree to send me a 50.00 BO
and His offer would be the one I accept.

I was trying to figure out how to make private listings available for everyone to buy, but not have the item show when they give me feedback

I'm confused. Are you the same person who started this thread, but using a different member id?

For me, I would hope I get an offer of $250 before Bob see it.

As anxious as you may be to make the sale - ask yourself - if they found it elsewhere for the price they are asking you to match - why don't they just buy it there and be done with it?
It always strikes me odd when someone asks me to match a price they already have.
I asked one buyer that and he said "Oh, they're out of stock". In that case then they are not really "offering" it for that price.

They didn't match the price elsewhere.
Either the OP chooses to sell at offered price
or not.
Thanks
