how to cancel scheduled listing?

I only see the dropdown option to "Edit" (which doesn't include cancelling) or "Add Note".

To delete scheduled listings, go here,

Tick the boxes on the items you want to delete, then click on the "Action" drop-down and select "delete".

To delete unsold (ended) listings, go here,
