You can end the auction and leave the buyers bid in place. When you end the auction that way your buyer will be the winner.
You might want to reconsider though. Anyone who wants you to end the auction early in order to sell to them is clearly worried that if they cant get you to do this for them - the bidding will go higher than they want to pay. If you are getting that much interest already you should definitely let the auction run to the end.

Sounds a bit like a scam: did they want you to contact them off of eBay?
Also offers in an auction environment are usually way low (about 90 percent of the time).
Also since they entered a bid you would need to cancel the bid ( because it may not be the amount you want for item....) and then end item:
relist it with fixed price or make offer.

You can't revise it after someone has bid. You could end the listing, then relist as a buy it now or best offer (at a high price so someone else doesn't buy it), and have the buyer make an offer that you can accept. But you will have to pay fees as if it were a sale for ending the current auction early.

Can anyone please just tell me where to go to ACCEPT OFFER? I can't get anywhere or complete this and it's driving me crazy, especially since all answers are not helping!!!

The answers are "not helping" because it is not possible to accept an offer after a bid has been placed.
The way to "complete this" is to wait for the auction to end and sell to the high bidder, because that is how eBay auctions work.

If you got a real offer via the best offer feature, you would have a notice of same. Someone just "messaging you" is not an offer. Your settings require a buyer to provide a payment source in order to make an offer in the first place. Though this limits the choices a buyer has to pay, and removes the ability to invoice a buyer for combined shipping, when you "accept" the buyer is auto-billed and the item paid for immediately.

Where did your offer come from? Was it just in a message? See message #7 here.
If your auction had a best offer feature, it disappears once a bid is made. See message #6.
