You just signed on to eBay today, 6/24/23.  FYI this is not Ebay Inc.  It is a community discussion forum for buyers and sellers, so no one here is able to help you. 

 You have nothing for sale. 

Question?  

You need to sign up to be paid.  You just don't register on Ebay and then try to start selling. There are requirements and protocols for all would be new sellers.  This is what you need to do:

Once you are approved by Payoneer, you will have to wait until Ebay approves you.  That can take up to 30 days.  

Trying to sell before you have followed thru with all these prerequisites could jeopardize your account.

Get it done and while you wait to be approved by Ebay, attend the Ebay academy to learn to be a trusted and good seller.  Good luck should you choose to enroll:

You need to have your Payoneer account  to get paid. As you just signed up today, don't think you have done that. Also suggest you look into eBay Seller School.

In the US, new sellers will have payment holds of up to 30 days, thinking it will be the same there, so don't expect quick cash. At the minimum, you need to read by opening the help contact button, about selling on eBay, receiving payment along with how to ship.
