Hello,
How long does it take for a valet to list your products? Its been 2 weeks today since I sent four items to them... the package was delivered to an individual so I know they recieved it.
Thanks for your help....

I've never heard of this. Can you give more info?
Where did you hear of this program?
They list items for you?
Between their fees, shipping costs and everything else is it still worth it?
Sounds pretty odd.

How valet works |
|
Items you can sell |
|
Items that aren't accepted | You can sell most items as long as the minimum price is $40. See what items aren’t accepted. |
Fees | A fee is deducted from the final sale price:

btw I would never use them. they set the price, don't care if it sells for squat & the loser is the one who sends their items to them............

I wish you have come to the boards asking about valet first, they are a disaster. You might have a 400 item, they may set the price at 40.00 and it is not that they give preference to where the valet program is located, so no one may see the listing but the one guy who bids 40.00 gets the item and then you are stuck paying 20 precent fees and other stuff that tack onto it, but the time it is all done, you might owe more than you receive, (that is stretching it a bit) but I have not heard of ONE person who was happy with Valet service from ebay, so beware. Buy a cheap mavica and list them yourself, you will make more money that way

Mavica is the bomb, great camera.....
There was a guy who had a set of golf clubs, value of 1500 bucks....
the "valet" sold them for 150 bucks.....
If you sell stuff, do the work yourself, and reap the profits, why use a "middle man"

There are a total of 2 valet sellers
Per below your items should have already been listed, you may need to call
Here's how it works:

Hi. Here is the help page for the Valet program. I didn't find a number to call but there is additional information regarding their timeline.
http://www.ebay.com/s/valet#questions
"Here's how it works:
Valets receive your items within 4 business days after you mail them in or drop them off. You will receive an email confirming your list of items within 10 business days of the shipping carrier delivering your items to the valets.
Valets will review your items and list all eligible items for sale within another 15 business days. If something you sent in turns out to be something that isn't eligible for the valet program, the valets will return those items to you.
Your items are for sale on eBay for up to 60 days.
Valets will send you a payment within 2 business days after the buyer has paid for the item.
Unsold and ineligible items are returned to you within 7 business days after all items have sold or been for sale for 60 days."
Hope this is of some help. My next step would be ebay's Customer Service. They might know more info than what is on the site. Good luck with your items.

I did a little more digging and found this phone number in the valet's Terms of Use on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/s/valet/terms
"Valets are not agents of eBay. eBay does not take possession of the Items you want sold. You have ultimate control over an Item that has been listed and may withdraw a listing by contacting the valet at 855-873-3229"
