Looking at your listings, turkey feathers would be an easy one, with color as your variation. go to create a listing, and then select create variations ( just under store category). Then either select color as the variation ( if it gives you that option - varies by category ) or select " create you own" and type in color. Then you can put in your various colors available in turkey feathers. When you are done, select add rows automatically and proceed. It will let you use a general photo for all variations, or photos specific to that color. Use specific colors, as it prevents customers from making a mistake in selection. Make sure to add your variation colors in the order shown on your main photo. Remember to put in all fields in the variation part of the listing, including upc.
You may be able to group feathers from different birds easily too, I just don't know if that will get you lookers and buyers.
