I have moved to a different state. Even though I told eBay I had, the item location remains at the old address.

You've gone to your account and revised the address?

Yes, I have. Been to this new location for almost 2 years and made the assumption that items posted would show new location. However, that is not so. I called in once and they showed me how to change the location for items already on for sale, but not the others they are holding somewhere. Now I don't remember how they told me to do it. I noticed the postage rates were not making sense as the ones going near my old location were much less than the ones going near my new location.

You have to revise the location right on the listing form, when you are setting up the listing. It's not connected to your eBay primary address, because many sellers ship from a different location or a variety of locations such as warehouses.

Near the bottom of the listing form, go to item location (it's underneath exclude shipping locations). Click "change".
Set it to your new location, and save.
I'm not sure if this can be done using bulk edit, maybe someone else would know that.

You can bulk edit your item location
Select all the active items and then just click the below highlighted area to change them then save & close
New listing fill out the correct item location on the listing form

Thanks for the info. I still use the turbo lister software. I can select all in a group, make sure they are on the same server, take the option to change all in the group, go to shipping options, select locations, enter new zip and select all, and bingo. They are all changed.
Again, thanks. This 72 year old is not quite as quick as I should be.
