I have been trying to cancel a transaction for a non paying-non communicating buyer-this option is not listed as a choice for cancelling-I send invoice daily & this continually changes sale date

this option is not listed as a choice for cancelling-
@op-t-mist
With this new system, I think the option to "cancel for non-payment" becomes available at the five day mark. There is really no need for you to send invoices or reminders since eBay does that for you. Unlike the previous non-paying bidder report feature, you no longer have to wait AGAIN for the buyer to pay after you file. It will simply be "cancel" and it will be over.

dont wait 5 days, it will screw up your seller metrics which will allow ebay to add 5% more to your final value fee on everything that you sell in that category for 90 days, ( unless you are paying them already. In eBay help files, search for "additional selling fees"
If the buyer didn't pay that's their way of saying I want to cancel. Select "buyer cancelled transaction"

dont wait 5 days
I don't think that information is correct. Having non-paying bidders has never affected whether or not you are put in final value fee punishment camp.

you need to go to the resolution center and choose buyyer did not pay and its over once you put the number in
canceling with under 5 days is poor advice and something ebayers should not be doing
sellers than cancel insteaf of sending a UPI are a big part of the problems with sellers
overuse of the cancel button is just stupid and goes agains the ebay spirit
its unpatriotic to cancel a sale because of impatience
