how can ebay still allow ''some sellers'' to list N95 masks while removing other listings ?

blows my mind that identical listings for masks were removed by ebay  while others are allowed to continue and even relist.. any given day you can search ebay  ''US''  for'' N95 masks'' and find over 2,000 listings.  95% of those are price gouging and yet they are allowed to continue selling while others were/are  kicked off. (Ebay dosent mind collecting the associated seller fees on these items either. )   I realize there are folks whoe have the funds and wish to purchase these masks and sanitizers for the safety of their own families. So its good that ebay allows ''some sellers'' to still provide those to the public at whatever price.

Has any ebay sellers whos listings were deleted/banned  tried other avenues of selling their n95 or sanitizer products to the public ?

Not only does Ebay allow some people to list masks, but they actually advertise for them! I recently got an email from eBay telling me I better jump on those masks cuz they won’t last long! Only allowing some people to list masks seems like the definition of creating a situation for price gouging. Limiting the supply so only few masks are available.

I very much agree with what you said. Because I got the same problem. Even my selling price cures $ 30 / 50pcs mask. ebay still won't let me list. I saw other top sellers, their selling price is $ 46 for50 masks. However, eBay still let them list. This is very unfair.

How can we make our business on eBay? we keep paying store fee and all those fees,and we can not list mask?

I don't think my price is high, please look at the market price, my price is very fair. Moreover, I really help people now. My price is affordable for everyone, and masks protect their families and keep them healthy.
Why only let "some sellers" list, not let us list?
If ebay needs quality certification, we can provide all documentation support.
However, I just hope to compete fairly.

You are so right, my listings were removed (I have a certificate for my masks), and other sellers are still selling the exact same product , allowing only few seller to sell certain product is a price gauging by itself. One of my listings was removed because of a "price gouging" , my listing was box of 25 masks for 19$ with free shipping (that is .76 cents per mask) ,  meanwhile there are hundreds of listings with a price over 1 $ per mask. Isn't that ridiculous, I am very disappointed with ebay!!! When i contacted ebay, a representative applied to me that I can't list products of high demand such as masks . Than i ask to speak to someone that can answer my question , I did get respond. I understand why according to her my listing was removed, I don't understand, what i don' understand is why other listings are still active. Ebay doesn't have a fair practice for the sellers and they are alowing price gauging on products in high demand.

I just would like to know what is ebay 's explanation for what is going on

Better question, why should they remove any of them?  It's a free market. Don't like the price, put down your bid paddle.  Like too expensive is bad but none for sale is good?

eBay is so not fair in the situation! If you don’t want people sell masks on your platform then delete and remove all listings! However eBay let some sellers to sell! They sell hundreds in one hour! eBay made other sellers got stuck with the masks and not allow them to sell!  If eBay really think about the price gouging or think about the medical workers and frontlines, then eBay should remove all the masks on the platform!

may be some seller still can sell on ebay, they are ebay personel relatives, they intend to let them make good money, there is no compettitors

I lost my job so I am doing whatever I can legally to keep a roof over my family and have some food to eat.

I could not believe the pricing I saw for 3M 8511 respirators 10 per box $200.00 outrageous right???

If somebody wants to pay that much, more power to them.  I wanted to get in on that action but did not feel right listing my 3M 8511 respirator for that much money, so I purchased a few box's locally and put on Ebay for a starting bid of $50.00 The highest bid got up to $58.00 and Ebay removed my auction and said I was price gouging.

So I re listed again with a starting bid of $5.00 and when the highest bid got up to $27.00, Ebay changed my auction to buy now for $15.00. I payed $39.50 per box.

I just don't understand.
