Hi.. I just have a question.. It is possible to block a user if you don´t want that the person sees the listing that you have active?

No. After all, they could evade such a block just by signing out.

No, Ebay allows up to a dozen active ID's at a time with the ability to change them on a whim. Plus,that block buyer button is just for your satisfaction, it doesn't do anything but make you feel good. The onl blocks that work on ebay are via payment options.

No, if they are blocked, they can still the listing. The only way they would know they are blocked is if they try to bid or buy, then they would receive a message at that point that tells them the seller is not accepting bids from them.
If you placed a block on their communication as well as placed them on your BBL, they won't be able to communicate with you, as in asking you why they are blocked. In any case, if they ask, you are not required to respond.
