a buyer open a return request even thoug he wore the shoes i sold to him brand bew, but the way ebay handle the returns they don't even care, so i have to take the unew

A good question...Most of the time You have to pay for the Return Shipping
in this situation...Sad but true...BUT if you Offer Free Returns for your Listings...
you still have to Pay for the Return..but you can then Refund Much Less than the Full Amount for an Item that is Returned NOT in the Condition in which it was sent...

If the buyer has filed an INAD and the buyer is in the US, return to the case and issue a return shipping label through the case.

Depending on reason Buyer used when they opened return request you "may" be liable for return shipping. If Buyer selected reason "not as described, defective, counterfeit" (then you are liable for return shipping). Buyer prints return label it gets charged to you.
