I think we are looking at the result of that.
@corsario-arg : The popup message has a small pointer at its upper left corner that is pointing to the tea listing specifically, as well as the oil listing above it (note the blue Exclamation Points). I would try excluding those listings from the bulk edit and see if the rest can be modified as desired, then go back and deal with the tea and oil listings separately. Those may have export restrictions.
