Can anyone help me with 2 items a customer wants that have ended? How do I invoice for them?

You relist the items and alert the potential buyer that you've done so. Then s/he can make the purchase through the regular eBay checkout procedures.

Relist the items and let the buyer know they've been relisted, then they can buy them.
