it says ship by may 24 so its been month. i havent been on ebay and a buyer bought a pair of shoes from me on may 19. can i still ship it?

Respectfully.................. I believe the estimated delivery date that you are stating is for a "now" purchase.
Buyers estimated date has come and gone.
