having an item removed for violating policy on children

EBAY removed a listing of mine because they said it violated  policies on children.  According to the message I got, the image of the cover for Playboy Feb. 1979 with model Candice Collins depicted a minor.  I sent in 2 resolution request with one having info from Wikipedia showing when the model was born, 1957.  How long will it take to hear back from EBAY?  Will EBAY change their mind or will they stand on their choice and not admit they made a mistake.

I just got 2 responses got EBAY, lovely letters, definitely AI form letter, BIG SUPRISE, and both said the exact same thing word for word.  Hopefully somebody at RBAY will do some reprograming of AI and give it the ability to say OOOPS, my mistake, I goofed.  The words, YEAH RIGHT, come to mind.

there isn't a minor anywhere I can see in the issue.  their message said that even certain words could cause a violation.  the only thing i can see is the word "girls" on the cover.  I wish I could talk to a human being at EBAY to verify what the violation really is

Here is all you need to know, from the user agreement you accepted:

Seen sellers relist after incorrect takedowns, only to end up getting removed again, and  (sometimes) again. Then get selling privileges suspended for multiple violations of the same rule. Big hassles, not worth it. As a result, I would never advise a seller to relist after a takedown regardless of the item. Too risky.

Drop it.  It's on their "bad" list and there is nothing you can do to remove it.   If you keep listing it, they will ban you from selling for life.   They will keep a copy of that listing too. So if you ever even years later relist it, your busted.
