I sold an expensive furniture coat to a Norwegian buyer....she had a drop location in the us...I do not ship outside the us...but this is circumvented by buyers who want the item....really unfair
'she got the coat...did not want it had reasons why the coat was not for her...paypal refunded her even after I explained her breaking the rules and the coat was explained totally.....
I never got the coat back...she had an poor return address...it is now back in Norway at a post office
she is gone and so is the coat....these people are criminals and take advantage of the system.
ebay of course always sides with the buyer...they told me that it was not ebay covered...and so sad too bad...
I am so sick..of this behavior...now with authentication...trouble ahead...I had a 14k gold stamped bracelet returned because if tested at 13.49K gold...all this preowned gold will probably have this issue.
how can a reseller do anything about this...most gold items are a little short on karate content...and that is vintage items...unless you buy a $20,000 testing X-ray machine....

YOU didn't ship outside the USA.
The freight forwarder is in the USA.
The forwarder then re-shipped the coat.
Now
You can still demand the return of the coat.
EBay allows even sellers with No Returns as a policy to do this.
Paypal usually demands that the buyer pay for return shipping.
With eBay the seller is required to send the shipping label tothe address they shipped to.
Which is the freight forwarder.
Then the buyer has to get the disputed item to the forwarder and (probably pay) to have them use the shipping label.
And I believe there is a deadline for the return or the buyer loses the Claim.
Not sure about PP, but you should demand the return of the coat at the customer's expense.
No return.
No refund.
But do contact the eBay employees who work the social media account chats.
Not the phone clerks who are vague on concepts like "there are other countries in the world besides the USA".

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
