I'm shocked...lol... Keep trying.  You want to get this taken care of as soon as you can.  Might just be a temporary glitch.  Again, keep on it. 😊

Then you try again later.. We are'nt ebay, we are a group of buyers and sellers that volunteer to help where we can, since we can't see your account to help you further all you can do is wait and try again. Or, you can try facebook Ebay for Business  reach out to CS through messages. Besure to include your ebay ID in the message and the problem your having.
