global shipping program and international shipping

I'm not sure if this is a coincidence and I'm not sure exactly how the global shipping program and blocked countries work .i turned on the eBay global shipping program quite a while ago , however I've not noticed any additional buyers  my question is under the international shipping and the blocked countries do i have to unblock them the global shipping program to work.  and also and most importantly if I do unblock them does that only unblock them from the global shipping program or will i have to send directly to that country. I wish to use the global shipping program but don't want to under any circumstances have to ship directly to another country

any help / wisdom would be appreciated .

Looking at one of your listings you only ship within the United States. You’ve excluded pretty much every country from what I can tell. If you want to ship internationally you’ll need to remove countries you’re will to ship to in your exclusion list. Otherwise you’re not shipping worldwide.

when you use EIS you ship to the hub (domestic) the hub ships to the buyers  country.

yeah i wasn't sure if the global shipping program ( I will now refer to this as GSP)  was different or not and wanted to be sure I didn't have to actually ship the items internationally whilst in the GSP wasn't sure if international shipping and the GSP was two separate entities or if the GSP takes over from international shipping if this is the case I will go ahead and remove the blocked countries from the block list just wanted to be 100% certain before removing them and having to ship the packages internationally
