In an attempt to bring additional light to this issue I am starting this thread to link to the current thread on this topic. Please help if you can. I am sure I am doing something wrong but for the life of me I can not figure it out.

Hi @gustontradingco ,

If you see the getfiledetails error, try clicking "download results" on the right side of the page, in the Action column. I think you may be able to download and then view the results file that way.
