Promoted Listing Standard Fee when an order is canceled?

I noticed in my Payments>All Activity list that the promoted listing fees don't seem to be getting refunded (or at least documented) when I cancel an order.

I read a few old posts that said they should be, but I don't know what the latest policy on this was?  Is there a better place I can check to see if they are being refunded?

They do refund it.  From what I've read on these threads, it sometimes takes Ebay a few days to get the promoted fees refunded.  So they should show up soon.  Good Luck.
