getOrders API, I encounter an issue where some orders go missing.

We use the getOrders API to synchronize eBay orders to our local server. We perform synchronization every 10 minutes, and each time we fetch data for orders whose last update time is within 12 minutes. I don’t see any issues with this practice, but we’ve recently noticed that some orders are going missing. Has anyone encountered this situation before? How did you resolve it?

Few, if any, of the sellers on these more general selling boards use the APIs and I suspect many don’t even know what that means (I do, but I have no experience with them or enough knowledge to help you troubleshoot).  I’d suggest asking in the developer section of the forums, probably here: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Traditional-APIs-Orders/bd-p/Traditional-APIs-Orders-resolutions

I just started using the traditional api so I follow what you're saying, although I am a novice. I agree with the other person that replied, you'd get better answers in the eBay dev community
