Checking their sales, I see 3 items sold. All over $1000. So their funds might not have been released or eBay is asking for proof they own the item to sell/ship. 2 of the three photos are stock photos, so eBay may be thinking they are drop-shipping.

Do you know how to check to see if a person posting on the discussion boards has had sales? If not, there are any number of board participants who would be more than happy to guide you through it.

Looks like you sold 3 high value items recently. Typically, a new Seller has holds on their payouts, up to 30 days.
