I got an e-mail from eBay this morning that said my funds were on hold due to a case that I had not responded to. When I went to the eBay site I found the e-mails, so it was legit. When I click on the link it makes me sign in, so I do. Then it take me to a generic page for buyers and sellers. I can't find an open case anywhere. Can anyone help?

Are you not using seller HUB on the computer? The HUB should be bookmarked and you can see everything including open cases on that page. Never click from email links.

You do not log in every day to your Sellwr Hub to see your emails, status on transactions, etc?
