hasn't produced any particular activity. How can I find out what the problem is?

You are located in the Ukraine.  You are selling products to other countries that may very well be restricted and against customs.  You also appear to be drop shipping from your stock photos & also the fact that you are selling from the Czech Repulic.  Item location misrepresentation is an eBay policy violation. You also have several complaints concerning your products and customer service.  Not good.  You can always contact customer service to see what they can advise next.  It's at the top of the page where it reads help & contact.

The reason is not unknown.  You are a new seller and have 5 negative feedbacks.  Did you cancel sales?  Have you had a lot of returns?  Look at your seller dashboard.  https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard  It looks like multiple problems, not just one problem.  It doesn't look good for your to try and get your account up and running again.

Indeed, the warehouse is in the Czech Republic and I am the official representative of the manufacturer on EBay and amazon. This is not dropshipping.

No distortion. Everywhere I indicate that the manufacturer is Czech Republic. I also indicate the Czech warehouse in the printout of the delivery sheet. In a word, I indicate it wherever possible.

Unfortunately, I had the misfortune to sell products to a cheater. First he extorted me off ebay for an extra product for a damaged parcel (but the parcel was intact). The buyer blackmailed me with bad reviews. I sent him a replacement item. And after that he demanded a refund. Additionally. I investigated the parcel delivery and it turned out that the parcels came to the customer in complete integrity and safety.

I thought it was strange, because no one complained about the problem of parcels. I looked at the feedback from the customer, and saw that the customer has a lot of feedback that he is a scammer.

This was the only unhappy customer who was a cheater.

He got his money back from eBay. Okay, well, there was no way to prove my point to me. 

After this bad customer, I had more sales, and no one has ever challenged me.  On the contrary, wrote only positive feedback.

Thank you for your response. This is the first time I have had a live person respond to me about my problem. Nobody even wrote to me that my listings were removed, I saw it myself by accident. After that all links lead to AI chatbot.

I had one disgruntled customer who was a cheat. He extorted goods from me for a positive review, and then even after receiving additional goods from me demanded a refund.
I have not received any emails from Ebay about removing my listings.

Negative feedback from one buyer of the scammer. All the others wrote only thanks. Can one person so easily kill a successful seller, an official representative of a company producing innovative products?

Are you sure your listings were removed or is it you can't see them because you don't ship to your country?

Looked at one listing and it shows you only ship to Germany, so you won't see the listings.

You should have reported them to eBay.  Buyer abuse can get them suspended.  Sorry for your situation.

Your email will tell you if this is a short term suspension or if it is indefinite, as in you cannot sell here anymore.

I ship to a lot of countries. All listings are over and release6ng when I do it says that I have restrictions due to a lot of activity. Although I have not had any great activity6.
Now there are no active listings, even for Germany.

Sorry, but the second buyer wrote about the undelivered parcel, although the track number and access to his personal account was sent to him. The courier went to him 3 times and he did not receive the parcel. However, this is a delivery issue, which is not my responsibility. Nevertheless, the money was returned to him. This can hardly be called a negative review. Better look at the number of rave reviews from customers!
I give buyers access to each tracking number in the carrier's personal account.

As for the product itself, its analogues are available on Ebay in huge quantities and no one has any problems with it.

There was a time when I got an email from Ebay to leave customer reviews. I haven't left them for a long time and decided to leave them all. I gave positive feedback to all of them. Except for the cheater. Indeed, then I left a lot of reviews. But I was pr6osolved to do it Ebey himself, and wrote me on this occasion not one letter, and many letters. Anyway, how would I figure out what to do now? If ebay doesn't want me as a bona fide seller to sell goods on its site, then I will set up store elsewhere, like on shopify or other places. But how do I find out? Everywhere the defendants, which apparently on artificial intelligence and it is impossible to get an answer to a simple question.
