Ebay is like speeding down the freeway. Some cars get ticketed and some don't. Was your title the same as the other seller? Was it in the correct category? I'm thinking that there might have been something offensive about the title and someone reported you. I would not try relisting this item because it might get shut down again and you will be suspended 5-7 days at least.
Can you tell me the exact name of the toy? Who made it too? I am curious. It could also be some glitch.
