find a buyer of listing i had to cancel

I fell yesterday an broke my hand.  I sell fabric an had 2 orders before i closed my store an they both needed to be cut which I could not do.  I cancelled both orders.  i would like to find the buyers an I have their user names but I don't know how to find them.  can someone tell me how.  I tried different ways but none have worked.

From your Seller Hub, go to 'Orders' and look for 'Cancellations' below that.

Select 'Cancelled' from the drop-down menu. This opens the orders and shows the buyers (in blue) to the right.

You can click on the buyer's blue name and a window opens to send them a message.

You could go to your emails to find when you sold them and find their names there.
