That’s an odd question coming from someone with thousands of sales.

You claim all money earned (IRS)

You would owe State and Federal taxes potentially on all gross revenue from your online sales. Your ID is from 1999.
This question might potentially be about 22 years too late to ask?

All income must be reported to IRS and your State. EBAY is sending "sales tax" to your State under your social security# (if you don't report income this could trigger an audit).

Don't quote me on this - the 1099 threshold used to be $20,000 and this year has gone down to $600.

$600.00, or, $599.99. If you stay under that, you don't have to file. Over that you do.

$1 or more.

The state you live in has nothing to do with FEDERAL income tax.

IRS: "Well that's 1,567,898.61 in back taxes and late fee's, will you be paying by check today?"

You have to claim any income, no matter the amount.

You should be claiming any extra income, no matter how much it is.

And if you crash into a parked car and no one saw it, you don't have to leave a note or pay for any damages.
