Get ride of comments from both Buyer & Seller..

Since EBAY claims no responsibility for comments made by Buyers.  True \  False

Reporting false statements is useless !!

Go to ratings of 1-4  Ebay would more then willing to insert a comment for each Level.  Buyer Or Seller selects level.

ABCD would be another option. 

Might stop the stupid responses from both arenas.  Could be a game changer for all.

...recently I got a positive feedback but the comment was so negative...perhaps the buyer was on a streak of leaving feedback for several orders so he/she was too overwhelm and couldn't pay much attention...

...thank you for posting this positive suggestion...but...I doubt if eBay ever listened...???

My viewpoint is that Feedback on eBay should be taken with a grain of salt. The platform has made it nearly impossible to deal with problem buyers; that is leave appropriate, honest feedback. eBay does not wish to ruffle the feathers of these delicate pumpkins.
