Hello everybody,
I need help. A buyer gave me negative feedback because he said he didn't receive the item. I checked the tracking number and confirmed that he had already received the item more than 15 days ago. So I contacted the buyer and he said that he had finally received the item and that he had made a mistake and he apologized for the mistake. I asked him to change the feedback and he said he couldn't. I already asked ebay to remove this feedback but I couldn't because on Ebay no one reads what we write. So, can someone help me and tell me what to do to get the negative feedback removed?

Buyers cannot revise feedback....
BUT
Sellers can send buyers a Feedback Revision Request which enables the buyer to change their feedback.
Follow the instructions and take note, time is limited to send a revision request.
