The account you are posting with looks solid. Feedback at 100% and DSR's are great as well.

Can you explain in much more detail exact what you are asking?

"Shipping" and "Not as described" have absolutely nothing to do with your feedback percentage.

Re: feedback

Feedback is voluntary and many members don't leave it.

For this reason, it is also not counted by eBay in assessing seller accounts.

Are you actually talking about Defects for slow shipping? Those are very serious.

In a Dispute , like a Not As Described dispute, if the buyer loses the Dispute, she cannot leave feedback.

Other than that, members have up to 60 days after purchase to leave feedback.

Re: feedback

Because it is based on a Fiscal Year, not a calendar year.  If you visit your FB page and hover over the percentage, a little help box will appear to explain things.  Other areas of the FB page have the same thing to help you learn how the calculations are done.

For example May 8th of 2017 through May 7th of 2018 is what your numbers are based on right now.  Tomorrow that will change.  It will then be May 9th 2017 through May 8th of 2018.  Which means the transactions from May 8th of 2017 drop off and the transactions of May 7th of 2018 are added to your counts.  That is a fiscal year.  So every day it changes which from time to time will cause fluctuations in percentages on the FB page.

From the Ebay FB page help box:

The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).   Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table on the left.   Positives / ( Positives + negatives )
