feedback removal

I had a buyer leave negative feedback today and now, after I contacted him, h now wants to change it to a positive. I sent a revision request and now he says he's having trouble reversing it. He wants to change it but he cannot. Help please!

Doesn't he have to actually contact eBay in order to change FB he left?

Did that buyer actually believe that the fact that he had to pay duty was the fault of the seller?

NO he clicks on the link he receives from ebay in his EMAIL to revise his feedback. The buyer, sadly, is playing games.

Sorry @steve5475music tell the guy to click on the link he gets from ebay and make sure that he is logged into his account so he can revise it.

Just wondering if this is a side effect of the new auto feedback for sellers? I read on these forums something to the effect of not being able to have negative feedback removed.

   Maybe not but wondering.........................

@roccotacodad54 You can get it removed especially if you setup a call back and get an Indian rep willing to do it.

Did you make any attempt to appeal the feedback with Ebay? You have a good reason to appeal being that this is due to carrier and duty charge situation not you the seller.
