you know i have been selling and buying on ebay for over 20 years. i have been trying to get results on the negative feedback results for over 6 months and you cant even speak to someone on your sight anymore, due to this i have been scammed and no one in your mighty establishment will help whatsoever, i will tell you something i am done with ebay, i will never sell nor buy on your site ever again, i spoke to someone when the psychopath had originally wrote the feedback and was told they agreed with me that this person benelli was problematic and was trying to get money from me after i offered him a full refund, nothing happened except me loosing feedback points and the negative feedback remained and this has hurt my business, so you know what i am done with EBAY i will never deal with you again and i will also tell associates of mine not to also. your so high and mighty as to not speak to sellers nor resolve their problems so you lost a good seller and nuyer and you will loose more the same way, you were good for over 20 years since i started now you can say goodbye to me, MATTHEW . GOOD RIDANCE TO YOU

The feedback you received wasn’t removed because it doesn’t violate feedback policy. If you wanted the feedback removed you could have made nice with the buyer and sent a feedback revision request. But it appears time has passed for that. That feedback will age off the page after 12 months from the date it was left.
All sellers deal with negative feedback it’s the buyers perception of the transaction. I had one given to me last March, it has aged off the feedback ratings.
But if one negative feedback makes you feel you need to sell elsewhere that’s your prerogative.
Good luck in your other ventures.

This is a community discussion board.
You are addressing other buyers and sellers.
Why would the buyer leave you that feedback if you offered him a full refund?
Buyer: "The knob is broken."
Seller: "Sorry about that. Let me offer you a full refund."
Buyer then leaves you negative feedback.
I'm sure that's not how it went down.
There has to be more to the story.
In any case, I don't think that feedback violates ebay policy.
I don't think that feedback will hurt your business as much as leaving ebay will.
I wish you luck where every you go.
