You can. If you can't, you're doing something wrong -or- there is a glitch preventing from doing so.

You should be able to, unless there's a glitch as @inhawaii mentioned. Tread lightly... sometimes replies make a seller look worse than the negative left by the buyer.

I read the feedback. 

Advice: Be very careful with your reply.

Be calm. No emotions. No name calling. Just facts.

Remember, future potential buyers will be reading this.

You want this to make you look good and make potential customers still want to do business with you.

Don't reply; it makes the neg LARGER as well as the buyer is informed you 'responded' and then they get to respond AGAIN (and you DON'T) so it's even LARGER as well as whatever they say, nothing can ever be removed since you 'commented'

You make an excellent point. After the buyer said "there were bugs in it" there's not much the seller can say to counter that. But ... she could drive home the point that she's sorry and she will offer a full refund. I'm torn on this one.   

 

I'm curious to see what everyone else has to say ... reply or no reply.
