I received a negative because a buyer wanted a return and said if he had got the item he would have return it anyway, he also did not respond to our message about his being a shortage of one item, so he called for a return and we ok'ed it. then we got a totally different statement on his negative feedback, stating we were going to scam him? then why did we ok the return, by the way were had our site closed and were out of the state at the time also? why was this feedback allowed to stay!

None of what you say is what the buyer said.
They said you only sent 1 of the items (from a previous sale and your 'previous' ebay account.
What do you have to say about both those things? (did you only send 1?; did you then block the buyer? did you change your id?)

Report that buyers feedback.
They admitted that they bought your item for the purpose of leaving negative feedback.
Any buyer or seller can leave feedback for up to 60 days after a transaction... just because you are not online means nothing.

@socalz50minis You can likely have that negative removed... but on another note... your replies to those neutrals come across as problematic. I would never buy from anyone who responds like that. You may want to consider keeping your cool when responding to feedback.

Please do not mislead people. There is no circumstance under which a seller can leave negative feedback for a buyer.
