Hi , as the title says - every time i go to select the "block a buyer" i get an error message saying "LOAD CANNOT FOLLOW MORE THAN 20 REDIRECTIONS"- This is happening on my iPhone using the eBay app and just now same using a laptop on both safari and google chrome. Iv tried many online fixes including deleting the app, clearing cache , website data clearing, re-nooting my iPhone 13 pro etc all to no success.
What can I do to resolve this as i get a lot of people messaging that I do not want to deal with .
