You can do it here, IF the auction has more than 12 hours left. Be sure to choose the option to cancel the bids, rather than selling to the high bidder:

If the auction has less than 12 hours left, you can still cancel individual bids. Be ready to try to cancel any that come in at the very end.

You would need to cancel bids , if any, then end the listing. But just a word of caution, if you do have bids and you end the listing even if you cancel bids you will be charged a final value fee.

eBay used to have a clearly stated policy that the first such auction cancellation per year would be free. That policy disappeared from the Help pages a few years ago, but I suspect that it is still in place, based on comments from surprised sellers who state that they had previously ended auctions early without being charged. Even with that FVF penalty, it's better than dealing with trying to cancel the transaction if the item is Sold.
