ebay telling buyers my items will arrive in 9 days what gives??

i have 2 day handling time on all of my listings yet when i look at my listings i see that ebay is saying that if i ship to myself the items purchased today will arrive on the 13th the 15th and the 17th. if i specify 2 day handling the delivery dates to the same  zip code should all be the same. service rep just kept saying well, you have 2 day handling on all of your listings, didn't seem to get that 2 day handling doesn't mean it will take 11 days to arrive. anyone else having this problem? know how to fix it? I had to tell this girl to write a bug ticket, which i doubt she did.  as a buyer are you going to buy from someone with an estimated delivery of 11 days or some with a 4 day delivery time?? be nice if ebay could get something anything right.

something is wrong!

i just printed a label and ebay gave me a message that the item need to be shipped nov 12th to arrive on nov15. 3 day shipping with a 5 day handling time.  have a bug ticket meanwhile....

ebay might be showing i have 2 day handling but they are acting as though i have 5 day handling. i  printed one label 10 minutes ago it said ship by 12th to arrive on 15th. the next label said ship by 13th to arrive on the 16th.  1st class mail is 1-3 business days. ebay is estimating 3 day delivery time, with 5 day handling.

Yes, it's wrong and inconsistently wrong at that. Have sent feedback but don't know if they read those.

so i changed  my handling time to one day. printed a label just now  on the print page it says ship before nov 24th buyer expects item on the 27th.  today is the 16th, I guess one day handling equates to 8 day handling for ebay. telling buyer it will take 11 days for their item to arrive first class (1-3 days), one day handle, what does it take for something to work right on ebay, just one thing???? then they have the nerve to tell you the dates are correct.
