Selling Digital Content

I have digital PDF woodworking plans that I produced and I sell. I have them listed on eBay, and I offer a detail sample plan so the buyer can see what they are buying mius pertinent information. Once I've sent the PDF to the buyer there's no way for them to return it. So the question is if a buyer says they aren't happy is eBay going to give them their money back and I've then given my work away for free?

It's not usual that the OP chooses their own post as the solution.  If you want to withdraw that to give bonjourami credit, you can do that.
