Does eBay have a customer service number that you can talk to a human anymore?

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.  Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is.  Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message.  It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Sometimes eBay will give you a number to reach, but you should only get it from eBay's website and eBay changes what is available based on staffing.

Don't get any numbers off the web, many of them are scam call centers.

It is not hard to contact Ebay at all.  I just put that list together to help members such as yourself.

But there is a link to Customer Service at the top of every Ebay page and at the bottom.  Pretty simple really.

If this is a policy enforcement issue, it is unlikely that talking to a human will have any impact.

Similarly, if you think you have been scammed.

If you received an email from Ebay about an issue, it will include how you can respond. If you cannot provide the information requested, no one can make an exception for you.

If you think a buyer has scammed you, beyond responses to MBG claims and appeals, there is not much else.

It’s not great but getting help is doable. Not nearly as bad as Facebook. That is nearly impossible

No they don't but if you go through the Help pages to find pages that relates to your issue, then scroll down to the bottom of the page there is usually an option for a call-back. During busy periods or during "off" hours that option may not be available. In addition, simple matters that are answered on the Help pages may not offer the call-back option.

Generally the call back is quite quick, just make sure your phone is not blocking unknown numbers.
