ebay sent me a message and I don't understand it

Today I received a message from eBay and it told me this

You can now list more on eBay

I don't understand what they mean is there something wrong with my account?
Have they set limits for my sales?
If someone can explain to me I would be very grateful

Your account is fine, otherwise you would not receive the message. 

They are just removing the item and monthly dollar limits for many accounts in good standing.

Your monthly listing quantity is still in effect, but the limit on the total number of items has been removed.

No, there's noting wrong with your account. Every seller has limits on the number and value of listings that they can list each month.  eBay apparently did a terrible job of notifying you that your limits have been increased (or maybe even removed?).  Congratulations!  Here's some more info about listing limits (which are often referred to as "selling" limits):

Yes, the newbie seller that I have been mentoring received that same message this morning.
