When listing a product we can enter a UPC / EAN code and it prefills certain information, but as of yesterday when we try to do that it says UPC code not found. this is for sure a bug

Happened in 2016 and they had to fix it

I just did a search for - 611553618903 - (the UPC on one of your listings).......from the eBay home page.

Two listings came up, one of them was yours!

Thats not the issue, specifically referring to create listing feature, where you can find a product by entering a unique indentifier, UPC, ISBN, EAN, etc

Yeah I figured that part out (too late).

What was the item you were not able to get a match on? While the product catalog contains lots of things there are far more than are not included (at this time). Even in the Categories that have been part of the Catalog for more than a decade (music/books) there are still literally millions of items in those categories that are not now and have never been included.

Well, anything I have previously entered (upc code) that was pulling up now is not, therefore the only logical explanation is that something is broken/bug

Post your question over in the Product Catalog forum ... There are a few blues running around over there that can probably help.

Give them the UPC codes that you know are in the catalogue that aren't working now.

When I search for "611553618903 I get six results for a power strip. One of the listings is j-electronicsllc, it's the top item in my search for $20.20.

I put the " mark before the number in the search box (read that somewhere here in these boards).

Sorry, just saw you're referring to entering a listing - I've had that problem also, I think I had to manually enter the UPC in the listing to get it to pull up the reviews I knew existed for the item.
