Having been trying to contact ebay several times always say will call. Never do, but always get email saying they tried but never shows up on my phone. Very poor service. Says don't meet standards anymore, not sure why. Can't help slow sales. Did have some items I cancelled back in Sept. or Oct. because couldn't find items and returned their money. One sale was for a punch bowl set of 3o pieces sold for 20-25 dollars. Lady fumed because 1 piece arrived broken which was the ladle out of 30 pieces. Said that was only piece she wanted anyway. How am I to know this! I sold the set! Did give her $8.oo back and she seemed to understand that I didn't know that because I sold "a set". Still hurts me.
