Funny 🙂
I was selling multiple items with free worldwide shipping, each item for 4 Euro. Some of them were not sold.
I was paying 2 Euro for worldwide shipping, 1 Euro for ebay plus PayPal fees, 0.7 Euro for the item, add work with it ... Well I don't mind that it's rather philanthropy than anything else, it's ok. But when I was relisting the item, I was offered an automatic message "Try to sell the item with starting price 1,75 Euro, similar items are sold for 2,75 Euro final price" (that's not true) 🙂
That's not the first such funny advice to me, I've had similar and much more ridiculous advices, do you have similar experience?

Yes, almost as if the advice is taken out of context or from another planet. Ignore and move on. You don't have to follow the advice given unless it is a good one.

The computer algorithm that sent you that email has no idea how much you paid for the item, how much it costs you to ship it, or how much profit is acceptable to you.
Yes, the advice is silly. That's why I ignore it.

Yes, they are not looking at the whole picture.
