ebay promoted listings advanced problem

so last night i decided to try the promoted listings advance a give it a shot and see how will it work since i have noticed that my promoted sales has been significantly dropped since the ebay changes, so i created new campaign that has plus 900 listing and it has been now more than 16 hours and all the statics are ZERO, NO EMPRESSIONS NOOO BUT ONLY ZEROOS EVERY WHERE, is there an error with it?

Keep a sharp eye on your account. Nothing like getting charged for PPC and not getting any sales.

Do you realize you are going to pay everytime someone looks at your items?  I would STOP that promo immediately...... 

You REALLY need to understand how the advanced PLA  works before you use it.............

Pay per click on 900 listings does not ensure you sales of any kind its supposed to bring traffic to your listings, you maybe in shock when ebay bills you for the campaign. You pay for every click even bot clicks!! If your still not getting traffic your selling the wrong items, or have them listed over priced. Or your titles are not good enough. I would get someone advanced on ebay to review your store.

This is totally broken right now for several of our listings as well. We have 2-3 campaigns spending, but for the most part we have zero impressions. We’ve restarted ads, we even restarted listings that had hundreds of sales because eBay suggested that might help but it has not. We’re beyond frustrated with 10 plus calls into eBay and nobody willing to actually fix this.
