Hello, I'm trying to sell only one large bottle of brand name hand sanitizer for a price that would net me a whopping $6 back after I cover everything (proper packaging, shipping costs, Feebay and PayPal fees, as well as taxes). Why does my listing keeps getting removed for "price gouging" while some sellers are selling the very same product at %900 mark up and they have already sold large quantities with a listing that has been up for over 5 days??!!! None of those other sellers is an authorized seller for that brand. They only difference between myself and them is that they have a store subscription on feebay! Is that what is takes to be allowed to price gouge here? If so, maybe it's time to start taking notes 📝.

@jormar-6005 you need to be approved to sell those items. Contact CS and ask to see if they will approve you

You have to be certified for that product but good luck with that...

I need to be certified to sell "essentials" for 900% mark up 🤔🤔. Sure, I'll get working on that soon.

This boils down to this: There are evidently some sellers who ARE allowed to list certain items that were on the banned list of March 5. They supposedly are sellers who were listing and selling those items BEFORE the ban.
Do not keep relisting after eBay has taken down your item. To do so is to risk getting a permanent banishment.
And you can feel free t report any and all listings that you feel are in violation of the rules. Use the "report" link seen in every listing.

You cannot "work on it" - there is no application process or avenue to appeal it. And if you keep listing it and it keeps getting remove, you may be jeopardizing your future ability to sell.
