Looks like a free "get out of GTC fees" forever card.
Would be for me. I will not be around to see 2038.
It surely could not be an eBay "glitch" could it?
I see by reading a bit more it is another IT coding error, as the promos do not actually exist to be activated. What a surprise. NOT

I have to go check my accounts to see if I have them before they are snatched away. Not that they can be used, but will be a warm fuzzy just to think I was among "the chosen".
11,750 available on this buying account:)

If ebay intended for you to utilize the special promo offer you received, it would activate.
More than likely it's some error.

16k listings wouldn't even get me through a whole year.
I'm sure this is what they like to call a "display error".

Has anyone actually used them? I received them as well on all my accounts but my new listings today did not use them. Normally the free listings appear after 12 AM PST and need to be activated. These were not there last night. Has ebay acknowledged that this is a glitch?

I just talked to the ebay office and the offers are bogus.
