I am selling on ebay from last 2 years and i have 100% positive feedback and now top rated seller.
I am facing issue of search suspension from last 30 Days, contacted ebay support team multiple times via email and phone call, they always says there is normal no flag and current active violation on account and its technical issue we are opening a ticket and escalating issue with technical team and thats it. i always get same response form them.
All the settings on my ebay account is correct like 28 listings are active, public, item location is correct, shipping policy is correct etc...
It seems to be that ebay support team deliberately not resolving issue, is there any way to escalate issue with executive or top management.
Thanks
Update:
I received this email from ebay on Sept. 28.
We appreciate that you have selected eBay to list your item; however, please note that any type of knife that are made to be used as a concealed weapon are not permitted on eBay owing to safety concerns regarding their misuse. Even though these items have a collectible value, considering the fact that they are potential weapons and can be used as such, we don't allow such items on the site. We understand that it was unintentional from your side; hence, we kindly request you not to relist such items on the site.
The easiest way to avoid this in the future is to ensure that your current and future listings follow this policy. Please don't relist items that aren't allowed.
- The following or similar items are not allowed:
-- Hand weapons such as brass knuckles in any form, leaded canes, nightsticks, nunchakus, sansetsukons, or throwing weapons
-- Weapons such as blow or dart guns, flare guns, potato guns, tear gas, disguised stun guns, or tasers
- Pepper spray or mace may be listed only if the item is located in the United States and shipped domestically
- Stun guns may be listed as long as the seller states that they won’t allow purchases from places where stun guns are illegal
- Training or practice weapons such as batons, nunchakus, and throwing stars may be listed as long as they are made of rubber foam, dense foam, or foam with plastic interior tubes
We need you to take action to avoid listing items like this again.
Listings that don't follow this policy have been removed. These listings are still in your Active Listings folder in My eBay and Seller Hub so you can view them and learn from them. However, new buyers can't purchase them, shoppers can't see them, and you will not be charged additional listing fees for them. You can end them to move them out of Active Listings. - We have credited any associated fees, except for transaction fees for your sold listing(s).
Because you haven't followed this policy in the past, a temporary 3-day selling restriction has been placed on your account (starting on the date of this notice), and your other listings will be hidden from search during this period; these other listings will automatically be restored and show up in search results after the end of the temporary restriction.
Listings that don't follow this policy in the future will result in similar actions, including a 7-day restriction on your account. This determination was made by a customer service agent. This came to our attention through automated detection.
After this i get follow up email from ebay on sept. 30 and CS said.
"I’ve check your listing from our side and I would like to assure you that the restriction due to listing removal has been closed now and you can now use the account freely."
On October 4 is received this message:
"I have checked this for you and it seems to me that it is happening due to an emerging technical issue on the site. Hence, I have raised a ticket on your behalf and please be assured that the technical team has already started working on it."
October 14:
"We are reaching out to inform you of a recent issue that may have affected your listings on site. Due to a technical bug, the item location for some listings was incorrectly changed.
Our engineering team has worked diligently to identify and fix many of these listings. However, due to the nature of cross border selling, we need your support to review and correct all listings to accurately reflect your items and their locations.
Action Required: To ensure your listings comply with eBay policies and to prevent any potential disruptions to your sales, we kindly ask you to review and manually update the item location on your listings by the end of October."
These are all the important messages i received from ebay.

I'm not sure I understand. Did you get an email from Ebay saying they were suspending your account? If you didn't get the email [check your trash bin], what is happening to tell you that you are suspended?
We need some details in an effort to help you. What exactly is the message you get on screen when you try to post a listing?
I don't see any active listings on this account.

You are in Pakistan and I'm not sure how that affects the situation. But this: "I have checked this for you and it seems to me that it is happening due to an emerging technical issue on the site. Hence, I have raised a ticket on your behalf and please be assured that the technical team has already started working on it."
I think is bogus - the type of thing customer service says to get people to go away. "Executive management" is not going to help - they do not care. All you can do is be very careful with your listings. Selling weapons as you do can be fraught (I collect knives and edged weapons so I am not unsympathetic).

I am selling collectibles and they are allowed to sell on ebay and 100's of other sellers selling same items on ebay. I see same error on your store is it same case with you?

I just closed my store yesterday for a while. I sell clothing, books and computer peripherals. I have had problems with items being pulled, though.
The problem is that other people may be selling the same items, but there does not seem to be a lot of consistency as to enforcement of allowable products. I've had listings pulled when I've seen other sellers continue on with them, sometimes for reasons that make no sense. It's hard to distinguish between collectibles and actual weapons in your case - for instance, I have a bone-handled scimitar that is a collectible, but it would be considered a weapon here and I could never resell it.
I'm sorry I cannot be of more help in this.
