You know what this is about.  We, the sellers, demand an option to retain our Classic View.

I've spent the entire morning trying to get my old view instead of completing my sales/offers etc, i.e. making eBay money.  They have completely stifled my productivity and ability to MAKE THEM MONEY!!!  LOL

What is wrong with them?  They really need better people working for this company.  I for one, CAN NOT WAIT, for an "eBay alternative" to blow these guys out of the water.

One of the worst employers I've ever worked for.  If they were my real job, I would have walked out years ago.

I can't believe how they change things & don't give any option to opt out and keep it the old way. I am a paying customer/employee and shouldn't be treated like this. Can't wait for an eBay alternative!

When people get used to something it's very hard to change. Keeping things the same helps performance and productivity. Change slows down production. Every time they change, they push me further away from selling.

God help us.

Agreed however the Classic My Ebay view contains a link to PayPal and  Ebay can no longer utter that word.   I still have one account not in MP and I had to Google PayPal to get to the site.   There is so much wasted space with the new hub format I can't imagine it is better for Ebay.   I retired and bowing out of Ebay but can't imagine that format working for sellers with lots of items listed.

The likes of sites like Amazon, Etsy,etc are the only alternatives that will ever be any competition for eBay and no new similar rivaling sites will be taking eBay's place any time soon....

so whatever you can currently find online are the only alternatives and any new site coming along will need SEVERAL years to fully develop and MUCH money to ever rival anything that's currently available...

so keep on dreaming!

and if YOU were ever the owner of a site, YOU would do WHATEVER it takes to make YOU money! ...and the users of the site would be obliged to use YOUR policies and rules..so get real!

and BTW it is YOUR choice to be an eBay seller...there are other choices out there...it is not necessary to use only eBay...lots of choice so just consider making the best choice, the best decision for whatever works for your needs....because if you can't adjust, adapt to this site, you will never be able to adjust/adapt to any other site either...

I totally agree with you...I will not be forced to have anyone manage my payments...I would still like to know....why Ebay takes 10% of shipping charges????  they are doing nothing...I don't need to go to Ebay to ship an item.....they are making it impossible to go any where else to do things....they are controlling this whole environment. Lets not forget...about their seller guarantee....THEIR seller guarantee....NOT mine....tired to selling and having the money taken out of my account for someone who bought something they did not like...and open a case and say, it is not as described....boom....there goes the money....eeeerrrrgggg

If they want us to get used to it at least gives us the option to get rid of all the **bleep** they put on the page. Why do we need the help icon on the right and why do we need these large blue banners telling us to add item specifics or make an offer? And when we clic on my ebay why can't we go the the part we want but need to scroll down to the part we need to look at?

The charges on seller fees came about  because years ago some sellers thought to be smart and sell things for one penny and charge $60 for shipping and get the buyer to agree to the shipping charge. At that time ebay only charged for the selling price not for  the shipping. So these smart ass sellers were thinking they can outsmart the company for long, well here we are been ripped off today on the shipping because of a whole bunch of sellers with greed on their mind. As for the seller guarantee they should give sellers the option to offer this and it will be up to the buyer if they want to buy from that seller or not. Not force the guarantee down our throats. If it is such a good thing the have ebay offer the guarantee since they like it so much

I certainly agree. Have you found any way to get back the ''MY EBAY ALL SELLING'' landing page we have use for years. I was using it just fine until 2 days ago when it suddenly disappeared. We used to be able to call eBay and they were helpful. Now there's no way we can talk with anyone for help. Is this below what you are calling ''CLASSIC VIEW''? I hope you have found a way to get it back. Thanks!!

Greetings sellers, I have lost my long-time eBay ''all selling landing page''. It is my ''ALL-SELLING'' page that starts with all active items that I have up for sale (up to 200 items), then just beneath that is a listing of all my recently sold items that I can edit, then just below that is a list of all my unsold items, then just below that is a list of my drafts, and at the very bottom is a list of all my eBay promotion showing how many items I have used and how many I have left. All this is on one page just by scrolling down from top to bottom. NO jumping around from page to page. I've used this page for years to sell on eBay and can no longer find it.

ANY help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and expertise.

Bonanza was created many many years ago for disgruntled eBay sellers, and you are welcome to it!...spent some years there with a few sales but that site that has little traffic, is a pay to play site, little difference to eBay as it is full of nonsense...have to advertise and promote to get items seen=pay, pay, pay...

Well so far I am up to 7 new bookmarks to do what I use to do in one,  this is CRAZY

No way  to bulk end listings of my choice that I have found yet - and when you do end one its a three step process because you have to answer WHY  and choose one of the Canned answers provided by these NUTS.

No Way to leave FB for just those that leave for you unless you want to jump through hoops.

CRAZY worthless GREEDY idiots running the show -- most likely to save few bucks in bandwidth or screw the seller because they can't find their correct page.  Did I say CRAZY Greedy

Visit any website over the course of a few years and you WILL find changes, whether liked or not by the users...

Have been a seller on many sites over the years and most of them make changes, some of which seem useless, not needed, made for sake of change...but whatever...

liteprof-62, You have hit the nail on the head. I agree with everything you have stated. I have been selling on eBay since December 1996, before eBay's stock went public. We need the "Classic View" back. I have spent the past two days trying to contact eBay support and end up getting nowhere. I end up with a tech advisor in the Philippines and all they can do is apologize for the change, and will not let me talk to a supervisor or officer with eBay. I cannot get ahold of anyone in the United States that might have some authority to change this Horrible Seller Hub that takes all day to navigate around eBay. I love the "Classic View" as it was easy for me to accomplish everything I needed to do on a daily basis. I am 79 years old and I hate changes that are ineffective. eBay has done this with many things, but removing "Classic View is one of the worst things they have ever done.

Totally agree.  I had the same experience.  When I finally found out how to actually call and talk to someone that "represents" them, the foreign woman on the phone actually told me "please find a way to change it back, I liked the old one better too".  LOL  Even their own staff hates that new sellers page.
